Week six share

If you're into rain dances and such, now would be a pretty good time......We're lucky to have well water at our disposal, but the heat is taxing.  Check out the size of the beets! Below find the details.

  • Broccoli (we try to keep ours as crisp as possible, our roasted to sweet perfection)
  • Beets ( we roast then prep to use in salads....juice for a mega tonic)
  • Zucchini ( one our favorites...shred to bake with, or make "hash browns")
  • Herbs (Basil/Parsley)
  • Lettuce
  • Bell Peppers ( these little gems add a nice mild pepper flavor to any dish)
  • Chard (boil and drain well, toss with tahini and lemon dressing)
  • Scallions (these are nice and spicy, use all of the plant)
