- Butterhead lettuce (speckles & victoria)
- Loose leaf lettuce (red sails & salad bowl)
- Long Scarlet Radish (A pre-1870's heirloom, long and slender. It is fast becoming rare. Flesh is tender crisp and mild)
- Spinach (large leaf spinach, best used cooked, lightly steamed or sauted.) We spice ours with corriander,cardoman, cumin, salt and pepper.)

Week two share
Its been real wet out here but we have stayed quite busy. The Brocolli sure grew quick......The Spinach got a bit big on us, we'll make sure to harvest the next round small for salads...... below is week two's specifics.
