- Leeks (slice and soak to remove any dirt & debris, we love leeks in soups or sautes)
- Rainbow Chard (try simply tossing with olive oil and salt & pepper and roasting in a hot oven until the top is crispy)
- Herbs (Sage & Parsley, we dip a leaf or two of sage into our black tea with a little sugar, this is how its done in the middle east)
- Delicata Squash (Roasted with a little brown sugar and butter is simple and old school)
- Celery (we juice this with parsley and an apple for a super treat)
- Butter head lettuce ( speckles variety, we fell in love this season with our new favorite lettuce)
- Carrots (mixed variety, try boiled with water infused with a couple oranges that have been squeezed)

Week 16 share
This is it.......the last share of 2011....we avoided any major losses the other night when the frost settled in, we were out in full force covering our plants by moonlight. We have been very blessed to have the opportunity to share with you something we are truly passionate about. From the entire Woodlot Acres family, Thank You!
